What is constipation?
The constipation is the health problem may vary from person to person. The frequency of a bowel movement also ranges from 1 to 3 times in a day. Constipation is the condition where the rate of bowel movement reduces to 3 times a week. Also discharges hardened stools, or release with difficulties.
In some cases, constipation affects the person’s routine life. In some cases, it lasts for weeks if not treated properly. Generally, chronic constipation can cause severe pain and discomfort and disturbs a patient’s life.
Causes of Constipation
